Once you've integrated your sales channel you'll need to map the shipping services you offer your customers, to those which we offer on SD Connect. This is so that when orders are automatically imported from your sales channel, our system knows which shipping service to apply to your order.
Before mapping your shipping services you would need to make sure they have been created in your sales channel first and it may take a few minutes for the service to show in the Shipping Mapping Tool.
To map your shipping services go to: Settings > Sales Channel Integrations > Select the pencil icon on the Sales Channel Integration you would like to edit. Next select Shipping Mapping Tool.
If a shipping services is not mapped, when an order comes in it will be marked with an error which means we couldn't take payment for it and the order will not be dispatched. If this happens you would need to place this order manually so it can be processed and then check your shipping mapping so that future orders do not have the same error.
